About Kevin

My name is Kevin Torbisco, and I’ve been a part of the Impactful team since 2016. Over the years, I’ve tackled various roles, such as administration and accounting, my area of expertise. Currently, I’m the Chief Treasurer, overseeing and managing a plethora of company activities.

Working at Impactful has truly underscored the value of teamwork for me. I’m all about fostering camaraderie and nurturing a positive work environment as I fulfill my duties in support of our company’s projects. What’s more, my time here has allowed me to immerse myself in the core principles of Impactful.

This experience has broadened my perspective and cemented my commitment to our mission.

For several years, I was part of one of the most significant pilgrimages in the Andean world in devotion to the “Lord of Qoyllority” as an Ukumari or Pablito. This festival is Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. It is a major religious celebration held in Cusco, near the Ausangate snow-capped mountain. This festival blends elements of the Catholic religion with Andean beliefs and traditions.

The Ukumaris, coming from various regions, are known as the guardians of the festival and play a crucial role in preserving the customs and traditions of the celebration. I am no longer part of the Ukumaris, but I continue to visit the sanctuary of the Lord of Qoylloriti every year. This practice allows me to renew my faith and relive the beautiful moments I experienced for several years.
