The art of tailoring trip itineraries, a travel designer’s job

A travel designer’s daily job is to stitch an itinerary that fits its client’s requirements, needs and wishes to come up with a 100% tailor-made experience. Certainly not an easy task.

Like a fitting exercise, your Travel Designer will hand you in all the different options until you feel comfy with the result

This delicate operation requires a comprehensive understanding of the traveler’s profile, destinations, and touristic products along the way, but most importantly; it is about the best possible experience a travel designer can put together for a particular client.

At RESPONS we take this task very seriously, as we spare no expense (timewise) when it comes to talk in depth with our clients, preferably by remote but instant ways (Skype, WhatsApp or phone) to fully customize their holiday.

Whether you are traveling with family instead of solo, or if you plan an adventurous trip instead of a luxurious one, we will always be there for you in a very personal way.

Get inspired by surfing over some of the best itineraries we tailored for previous clients. But remember that we do not work with off-the-shelf trips, as your holiday will be only yours and entirely custom-made.

Once you buy a tour, we will send you a full PDF itinerary with much more information: more complete descriptions, upgrade and downgrade tips, in-route recommendations, options, and prices for domestic flights.

Upon arrival, a private briefing is just the beginning. During the rest of the itinerary to the end, we will always be on top of the situation with the best travel tips at hand using a smartphone chat created just for your trip. Meanwhile, our Operations Team will assure the best performance of the services hired, meaning that tailoring is not done for us until you are back at home.
