She is an entrepreneurial woman with over 17 years of experience in International Services, Tourism, and Specialty Food & Beverage. Throughout her career, she has been driven by her commitment to delivering unique experiences and quality customer service.
Originally from Lima, Carla moved to Cusco in 2016 and now resides in Urubamba. With a degree in Business Administration and hands-on experience across various roles—from assistant to administrator, manager, and business partner—she combines deep local market knowledge with a global perspective honed by her frequent travels.
Thanks to her previous roles, she has been fortunate to explore many corners of Peru as well as discover the world beyond. Traveling is not only part of her profession, but also a personal passion that continues to inspire her work and life.
Beyond her professional path, Carla finds joy in life’s simple rhythms: biking along the winding roads of the Sacred Valley, setting out on long walks embraced by the mountains, cooking and dancing as ways to celebrate everyday life. To restore her energy, she treasures quiet moments at home with a warm cup of coffee and the comforting company of her cats.
Definitely the food! Peruvian cuisine is my weakness—whether it’s the comforting comida criolla and its delicious traditional desserts from the coast, the hearty dishes of the Andes, or the tropical flavors of the Amazon jungle. I honestly could never choose just one favorite. The best part is that there’s truly something for every palate, and I love inviting travelers to discover this tasty journey for themselves.
Because I believe in collaborating with organizations that go beyond business to create a positive impact. For me, sustainability is essential—not only to protect the environment but also to preserve culture, empower local communities, and ensure that tourism creates lasting value.
